Business Analysis

The Business Analysis Certification consists of three core certificates and one elective course:

Core

BAE-2, Business Analysis Essentials
RE-2, Requirements Engineering
TOC-1, The Organisational Context

Elective

(one of any of the following);

MBP-2, Modelling Business Processes
SDE-2, Systems Development Essentials
SMTS-1, Systems Modelling Techniques (Structured)
SMTU-1, Systems Modelling Techniques (UML)

Certificates are acquired by passing 1 hour open book written examinations
which are taken either during or at the end of the each course
Once the required certificates have been passed, delegates acquire the diploma
by taking the oral examination at ISEB.
