Elite trainers are fully accredited by the relevant vendor. For example, our Microsoft Office trainers are MOS Master certified, or ECDL Accredited, and our Microsoft Technical Trainers are MCT qualified. Ongoing development
To ensure that our trainers perform consistently, ensuring high quality training delivery, we monitor performance through structured sit-in sessions. These sessions take place regularly throughout the year and help and monitor and maintain high training standards against a pre-approved checklist. And we always looks beyond the immediate short-term goal, to help advise on the best way forward for your people.
