Course Description
Following on from the overview course, the PRINCE2 Foundation 6th Edition course adds a significant amount of knowledge and understanding of how all the Processes, Themes and Techniques all work together to achieve the successful delivery of a PRINCE2 project. Delegates will be given a sufficient level of knowledge to be able to pass the examination leading to the award of the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate.
Exam Certification
The exam certification is accredited by Peoplecert on behalf of Axelos. Training and exam certification is included in the cost of this course.

All delegates enrolled on virtual course bookings receive a hard copy of course materials sent to a preferred postal address.
Target Student
Project Managers, Project Consultants, Project Planners, Project Estimators, Resource Managers, Team Managers, Supervisors, Project Support Staff, Project Assurance Staff or anyone requiring more than a basic knowledge of PRINCE2.
Pre-requisites
There are no pre-requisites in terms of project management experience. Prior to the course, each delegate will be sent the PRINCE2 manual, suggested pre-course work and a reading list, in order that they become familiar with the PRINCE2 concepts.
It is essential for your success on this course that the pre-course work is completed. A large proportion of this pre-course work may be omitted where the delegate has attended the PRINCE2 Overview course.
