Projects start out to achieve business objectives through a set of requirements. The way in which those requirements are documented or communicated has a substantial impact on the project's success and its cost. This workshop provides a clear and solid insight into what User Stories are, how to write them effectively and looks into the use of user role modelling to write the all-important initial User Stories for a project.
